We are honored to offer our Wedding Coordination, Design and Planning Services on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Based in Kailua-Kona for the last 12 years, we are highly experienced with destination weddings in Hawaii and specific to Hawaii Island. We love luxury events and specialize in providing our clients with a Full Service option to cover all their wedding planning needs.
Founded in 2011 by two best friends, we combined our experience in event planning, business and arts to create a new type of wedding planning and coordination services that also had the option to expand on the design.
Innovative Wedding Designs
Our design skills are one of the major highlights of our offerings. We are well known for our unique style and trend-setting decor and design. Over the years, we have pioneered a lot of different wedding decor ideas and been the first to execute them on the Big Island. We couldn’t have done this without our strong relationships with all the Island’s Best Wedding Vendors, and particularly Hawaii Island Events who we partner with a lot to achieve our lux looks.

We also believe strongly in focusing just on our Services: Planning, Coordination and Design. We do not try to provide rentals, florals, photography or other services ourselves. We believe those specializing in these elements are the experts in their category and you deserve to have the best in all aspects of your event so we hire the best of the best to serve. By focusing on wedding planning, we are able to provide you with the best quality service in that category and make sure you receive prompt, productive communication as frequently as you like.
Wedding Planning and Coordination on Hawaii Island for just a Limited Number of Weddings per year
That also brings us to our next stand out feature! We keep the amount of weddings we plan on Hawaii Island to just a very limited number. We have learned from experience that by restricting the number of couples we work for everyone is happier. We have more time to devote to each wedding and are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
That means we are happier, more productive and you get a more personal, VIP experience. This also allows us to narrow in on our ideal niche which is typically couples seeking a deluxe wedding which includes a lot of fantastic vendors, special wedding touches and beautiful wedding decor to create a truly special wedding experience for themselves and their guests.
