This charming wedding at Holualoa Inn on the slopes of the Kona Coast was featured on Burnett’s Boards for its classic, upcountry charm.

This gorgeous couple was married at the unique Holualoa Inn where they rented out the entire estate for their entire Hawaii Island Destination Wedding weekend. They wanted a wedding design that was timeless and elegant but with a touch of modern bohemian. They macrame table runners paired with the classic floral shapes and design gave us this affect.

One of our favorite details were the custom Big Island Honey and Kona Coffee Wedding favors. Because the area where Holualoa Inn is located is traditionally a coffee growing area, we actually used traditional coffee bean drying racks to display their escort cards and favors.

We also loved the wedding couples Sweetheart table and the floral garden used to adorn and distinguish their place. Do you plan to have a Sweetheart table? It can be a great way to make sure you get some quality time together and a few moments of calm during the night. However, we totally understand many couples prefer to sit with their closest friends and family as well to maximize their time with them.
